Information
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through our secure
online shopping cart or by faxing to (770) 499-0236.
Orders
are sent to our processing department as soon as they are
received, so please double check to ensure your order is complete.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Pricing
Policy & Discounts
Prices listed are market competitive and provided on each
product. Discounts for larger quantities are available.
Please feel free to contact us for more information. Prices
are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added
to orders shipped within Georgia.
Sales Tax
GA Residents will be charged a sales tax of 5%.
GA
Residents need to fax a copy of their Georgia Sales & Use Tax
Exemption form to us before we can process your order as tax
exempt. We will keep it on file for future orders.
Payment
Credit card: We accept Visa, MasterCard.
Mail:
Money Order or Certified Cashier's Check. Orders will be shipped
as soon as we receive your payment.
Terms:
Net 30 days on purchase orders. Credit Application must be
completed and approved. Please contact us for Credit Application
All declined
credit card orders will be unpacked and charged a 15% restocking
fee within 24 hours if you have not contacted us with new
payment information
Shipping
All fragrances in stock will be shipped within three business
days. Out of stock items will not be back ordered.
You must re-order that item the next time you place an order.
Large volume orders are shipped 5-15 business days depending
on the product.
All orders
are shipped UPS Ground.
If paying
by credit card online, orders may only be delivered to the
credit card billing address.
UPS Ground
is not available for residents of Canada, Alaska or
Hawaii. We do not ship orders via US Postal Service - this
includes APO addresses. Please contact us for delivery options.
We do
not ship C.O.D.
Shipping
costs have been estimated utilizing assumptions on packaging
and weights. In some instances, shipping charges may run more
or less than originally calculated. In those instances you
will be notified.
Returns
In order to control our high quality standards, we cannot
accept returns on fragrance oils.
Damaged
Shipments
Do not accept damaged goods from UPS or the delivery carrier.
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to UPS
or the delivery carrier. Customer is responsible for filing
damage claims with the delivery carrier.
Warranties
Monarch Fragrances, LLC makes no warranty of any kind, expressed
or implied , concerning the use of the product(s) or formula.
The user assumes all risk of use of any product made from
this product(s) or formula whether or not in accordance with
any directions or suggestions of Monarch Fragrances, LLC.
Customers are encouraged to test and experiment, as they are
responsible and liable for any products they manufacture.
